Terms of use
The owner of veetehnoloogia.ee (hereinafter the Web Store) is Veetehnoloogia OÜ (registry code 10704239), located at Pae 4 80042, Pärnu, Estonia.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Web Store. Original is in Estonian language.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated with the products. If there is no price, it is possible to request a price in the form of a separate price inquiry.
The delivery fee is added to the price.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery.
The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer when placing the order.
Product information is available in the Online Store directly at the item. Product photos displayed in the online store may not correspond to the actual appearance of the product being sold!
Ordering and Checkout
To order the goods you need to add the desired products to the shopping cart or fill in the price inquiry form.
To place an order, fill in the required fields and choose the appropriate delivery method.
If the e-shop can display the price then the amount of the fee is displayed, which can be paid via bank link or other payment solution.
However, if the price cannot be displayed in the e-shop then the form fill in form has a ask price option, which allows asking for a price quote via e-mail.
The Agreement shall enter into force upon receipt of the amount due into the bank account of the Online Shop.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer shall be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) shall be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of dispatch.
Shipping
The goods are shipped to the following countries: the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Latvia.
The cost of shipping the goods is borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Domestic shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 2-7 business days of the entry into force of the contract of sale.
Delivery outside Estonia takes 3-15 business days from the date of entry into force of the contract of sale.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take place up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. The buyer's right of withdrawal shall not apply to a contract which has as its object:
1) the provision of a service or other continuous performance, if the contractor's obligations under the contract have been fully performed and the service or other performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and confirmation that he will lose his right of withdrawal in performance of the contract;
2) the transfer of a thing, service or other service whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader and which may occur during the withdrawal period, including contracts for services involving foreign exchange or securities referred to in ;
3) the transfer of a thing which has been manufactured with due regard to the personal needs of the consumer;
4) the transfer of a thing manufactured under the conditions specified by the consumer;
5) handing over something that is perishable or wear out quickly;
6) the return of an item in a sealed package which is not eligible for return for health or hygiene reasons and is opened after delivery;
7) the transfer of a thing which, by its very nature, is mixed with or combined with another thing after the transfer in such a way that they can no longer be separated;
8) performing urgent repair or maintenance work if the consumer has ordered a visit from the trader;
9) the supply of audio and video recording or computer software in a sealed container, where the container has been opened by the consumer;
10) the transmission of digital content which is not communicated on a tangible medium when the transmission has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and the consumer acknowledges that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal;
11) auction, auctioning;
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered merchandise may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the merchandise as permitted for testing at the physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Web Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the value of the goods.
To return the goods, you must submit a cancellation application form, which can be found here: Standard form for a cancellation contract and an off-premises contract, and send it to the e-mail address ät veetehnoloogia.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to the ordered one (eg a wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has delivered the goods to the carrier within the said period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Shop shall refund to the Purchaser any fees received from the Purchaser under the Agreement immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the application for withdrawal.
The Online Store may refuse to refund until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or the buyer has provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
If the buyer has explicitly opted for a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Web Store, the Web Store does not have to reimburse the consumer for any cost exceeding the standard delivery method.
The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and reclaim the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop is, by mistake, markedly below the market price of the goods.
Right to file a claim
The Webshop shall be liable for any lack of conformity or defect in the goods sold to the Purchaser, which existed at the time of delivery of the item, and which occurs within two years of delivery of the goods to the Purchaser.
Within the first six months of delivery of the item to the buyer, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
The buyer has the right to contact the webshop within two months at the latest if the defect occurs, by sending an e-mail to info ät veetehnoloogia.ee or calling +372 5192 7981.
The webshop is not responsible for any defects that occur after delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If any item purchased from the Web Store has defects for which the Web Store is responsible, the Web Store will repair or replace the defective item.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Web Store will refund to the Purchaser all the fees associated with the sales contract. The online shop responds to a consumer complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal information (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) entered by the buyer only for processing the order, making a quote and sending the goods to the buyer.
Mativesi Group (Mativesi OÜ and Veetehnoloogia OÜ) may contact you via the contact details provided by the customer in the form of a quote request.
To unsubscribe from a quote request, submit your resignation email at ät veetehnoloogia.ee after submitting your request.
The online store transmits personal information to the transport companies in order to deliver the goods.
When using AS Eesti Post (Omniva) transport service, parcel terminals, your personal data will be forwarded to AS Eesti Post (Omniva) with registry code 10328799, located at Pallasti 28, 10001 Tallinn, phone 661 6616, e-mail info@omniva.ee.
The webshop will only send newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address if the buyer has requested to do so by entering an email address on the website and announcing their wish to receive direct mail notifications.
Buyers may opt out of offers and newsletters sent to them by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the offers containing email.

Settlement of disputes

If the Buyer and the Web Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the Buyer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee.

The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve any disputes arising out of a contract between the buyer and the Web Store.The Commission's review of the buyer's complaint is free of charge.
